This is my personal review of P90X3 by Beachbody.  I am not affiliated with or compensated in any way by Beachbody.  I am not a Beachbody coach so I have NOTHING to gain in blogging this. For their official site, and to buy P90X3 go to www.p90x3.com

First, a quick introduction. I am a 30 year old married father of 2. I am no stranger to P90X. In 2011 I used the program to get in the best shape of my life. Unfortunately over the last two and a half years I have fallen completely off the wagon. I’m tired, overweight, and ready to get back to my old self!  I am going to use this blog to help hold myself accountable, keep myself motivated, and hopefully motivate some of you. I plan on posting daily after I do each workout unless it becomes redundant. I do however promise to post pics every week. After I have made it through the 90 days I will have a full breakdown of each workout and anything else that I believe might be helpful to you.

  1. I am thinking of trying the P90x3. I have lifted went to the gym etc. most of my adult life. After some recent injury’s I thought I may need to try something different. I like your down to earth review of the work outs it’s what I was looking for. Any feed back is appreciated. Currently I am 45 years old, OK shape, recently took a month off to heal some injury’s from lifting heavy. Max Zink

    1. Thanks for reading Max, I am glad you’ve enjoyed reading. I think you should definitely give P90X3 a look. One of the great things about it is they have modifications for every move in the workout. If you have issues due to past injuries etc. You can even modify the moves on your own. Tony says that several times throughout the program. If you have any more questions I will be more than happy to try and answer them.

    1. No problem Max. Most reviews are done by Beachbody “coaches.” They make money off of sales of P90X supplements through them. Nothing wrong with that. I am not a coach though and have no skin in the game. Keeping it real. Best of luck and keep me updated!

      2. What do you think would be a good sub work out for plyometrics? I’m not sure I’m a big fan of it. Strains my calf the other day doing it.

      3. Accelerator would be an option. It’s tough though but not as much jumping. Also I would look at Pilates. It’s very challenging and would help with core strength. No jumping at all in that one.

      4. One week down and one day really kicking my ass! I found a cool way to rock the workouts. I use my wife’s tablet and Bluetooth head phones since I use our apt complex gym. Do far so good. Down four pounds. Later. Max
