Before Pics

Here we go. I am doing my first P90X3 workout today.

-Starting weight- 222lbs
-Waist- 41 inches
-Thigh- 25 inches
-Arms (relaxed biceps) 15″
– Max sit-ups- 12
-Max pull ups- 2
-Max push ups- 22





Well there they are! Ready to get going! I will probably take new pics every week and post them. So that’s 11 or 12 sets of pics you’ll have to see of me. I apologize in advance.
