First, a quick introduction. I am a 30 year old married father of 2. I am no stranger to P90X. In 2011 I used the program to get in the best shape of my life. Unfortunately over the last two and a half years I have fallen completely off the wagon. I’m tired, overweight, and ready to get back to my old self! I am going to use this blog to help hold myself accountable, keep myself motivated, and hopefully motivate some of you. I plan on posting daily after I do each workout unless it becomes redundant. I do however promise to post pics every week. After I have made it through the 90 days I will have a full breakdown of each workout and anything else that I believe might be helpful to you.
My P90X3 DVDs have shipped and I hope to have them in my hands this week. I can hardly contain my excitement and will update you when I get started!
